Engineering education does not end at university, but, rather, is a lifelong process. Creating a passion for learning can translate into career success.In today's fast-evolving engineering-work environment, practising engineers continuously need to acquire more technical knowledge and modern tools to tackle everyday engineering problems. Engineers in executive positions need to learn the new tools of management to stay competitive and lead their companies to success.
