Given that a transport strike, poor weather and a worldwide financial crisis all presented major challenges for Murcia's fresh produce sector in 2008, it is perhaps surprising that export association Proexport recorded an export rise. But, says Proexport president Miguel Duran, this resilience bodes well for future campaigns. How did Proexport and its associated companies fare during the 2007/08 campaign?
