The UK supply chain is being hit by cost cutting measures, dwindling work backlogs and pricing pressures, according to a report commissioned by Subsea UK. Subsea UK said the latest findings proved the reality of concerns raised in its initial report, but that the findings still reflect an element of optimism and determination to succeed in some quarters.
