PEG-tube placement provides several advantages over surgical and laparoscopic gastrostomy. " However, successful application of this technique has not been reported in morbidly obese patients. We report a PEG-tube placement in a patient with class III (body mass index [BMI] > 40) extreme obesity5 by using modified method and accessories.
