The country is now prepping to commercialise the fish in a bigger scale.AS THE MAIN aquaculture product of the Philippines, milkfish or 'bangus' represents the largest percentage of the nation's fishing industry. Its adaptability to local environment and survival in fresh or brackishwater fish pens and marine cages makes itthe most profitable aquaculture specie in the country.
