摘要

Toolcraft uses vacuum forming, which offers an infinite variety of size and shape, to produce its system of storage trays. Trays of up to 600mm{sup}2 with any number of compartments to depths of up to 200mm can be made and an off-the-shelf range is available with or without lids. Each tray offers a variety of compartments within these standard sizes. The trays lock into each other when stacked empty or when containing parts to provide security and protection. Compartments with sloping sides which facilitate parts removal and vertical sides for a snug fit, can also be formed into the same tray.
