摘要

We report the nanoscopic properties of a BaTiO_3 single crystal. Atomic Force Mi-croscopy and Piezoresponse Force Microscopy measurements show that there is no relationship between domain boundary and surface one-lattice-height (4 angstrom) steps of 200nm thick BaTiO_3 single crystal. Both a-c domain boundary and c-c domain boundary are with no relationship between surface one-lattice-height steps of BaTiO_3.
