Are you the right boss? Are you the person people want to work for? Are you treating your employees like they just started and you are glad they're there? Even after 5, 10, even 20 years with your company? I was very blessed to have had some great bosses that knew how to get the best out of me and were good models to duplicate but I've also had some not so great bosses that just had no idea how to relate to or motivate people. They, in fact, could suck the very life out of you.
