GE Plastics (Pittsfield,MA) and PetroChina Co.,Ltd.are creating a worldscale polycarbonate (PC) resin manufacturing joint venture.The two partners will collaborate on building a phosgene-free,melt technology-based PC plant,which will serve growing local demand for the resin.
