Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the anatomical and functional outcomes of secondary pars plane vitrectomy (PPV) after failed sclera! buckling (SB) surgery and to compare it with primary PPV for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD), including complicated proliferative vitreoretinopathy cases.
