摘要

In the research project Modelling and Systematic Assessment of Recovered Paper Sorting Plants models of the unit operations in recovered paper sorting are developed and used for simulating sorting plants. This paper covers the background and the objectives of the project. It gives a short overview of the modelling and the data collection. The focus of the paper lies on the automatic measuring system for recovered paper developed in this project. The automatic measuring system has the task to measure the composition, the particle size distribution, the particle shape distribution and the specific weight distribution of samples of recovered paper.
