A leading Vietnamese food company is expanding by installing a Baker Perkins confectionery cooking and depositing plant.Bibica Corporation,based in Ho Chi Minh City,is one of the largest candy manufacturers in Vietnam.This latest project adds the ability to make new ranges of high-quality one and two-colour milk,striped and centre-filled hard candy.Bibica Corporation currently produces high quality hard and soft candies,starch syrup,chocolates and cake for both home and export markets.It also manufactures biscuits and cookies on production lines supplied by Baker Perkins from the UK and the USA.
