The successful tenders forthe supply of the second string of South Stream were announced on March 14. As discussed in last month's Welded Linepipe & OCTG tracker, the total value of the contra ctforthe second offshore string of South Stream is around $800M. Russia's OMK repeated its35% share of the first string in the second string. Severstal increased its share from 15 to 25%, which amounts to around 160kt of LSAW linepipe for this string.
