摘要

North Atlantic Natural Resources (NAN) completed the treatment of the first Storliden copper-zinc ore at the Boliden concentrator in Sweden. NAN is a subsidiary of South Atlantic Ventures. The processing included about 30 kt (33,000 st) of high-grade ore. Results for the treatment program showed that 92.2 percent of the zinc in the ore was recovered into 6.8 kt (7,500 st) of concentrates grading 55.1 percent zinc. About 91.3 percent of the copper in the ore was recovered into 3.1 kt (3,400 st) of concentrates grading 28.3 percent copper.
