In Osaka, Urban Heat Island (UH1) is becoming a social problem in urban area, and the impor-tance of urban climate consideration in the urban design process is pointed gradually.So, urbanenvironmental climate map, which consists of the climate analysis map and the recommendationmap for urban planning, is suggested. However, the method of making urban environmentalclimate map has not established, and this map is not so common in general now. The purpose ofthis study is to make the prototype of this map and to show making process. And this study willhelp for many people in various fields to understand the importance of this map and carry outfurther research of UHI. The objective region is Osaka City area and North-yard (Northern dis-trict of Osaka Railway Station). Osaka City is one of the major cities in Japan and in seriouscondition from the view of heat island.
