Organizations still struggle to integrate KM software with the business strategy - they spend too much for too little benefit or employees simply ignore it and don't change the way they work. Here, Peter Black describes how to overcome these problems by first employing "use cases" for authentic employee feedback and only adding more IT if required in components that apply to specific business needs.
