Organizations relate e-learning with KM in countless ways, but there's one thing most agree on. The trick is to be ambitious yet realistic, without overextending resources or getting stuck with powerful tools and inadequate means to use them. Here, we examine how e-learning is being implemented in new ways and how experts in the field are preparing for tomorrow by learning from today's mistakes.
