Situation in Chinese market for structurals has worsened considerably over three weeks. Exporters' hopes that rapidly improving demand in the region will support further price growth have not come true. Asian buyers are still staying in a wait-and-see mode, being afraid of another price rollback as raw material costs will keep falling at least next one or two weeks.
