A field experiment was conducted at the Rajaula farm of Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya. Chitrakoot, Satna (M.P.) during 2009-10 to find out the effect of integrated use of organic manure and fertilizer on cabbage. The field experiment was laidout in a Randomized Block Design with four replications consisting of six treatments of different nutrients media, namely F.Y.M, vermicompost along with 50% recommended dose of (N.P,K) urea, diammonium phosphate and murate of potash. There nutrients media were applied as per scheduled at treatments. The results revealed that application of organic manure vermicompost @ 10 tonnes/ha along with 90 kg nitrogen. 25kg phosphorus. 25kg murate of potash/ha proved to be the most effective treatment(T_6) to obtain higher yield per unit area of cabbage and maximum net return under the agroclimatic condition of Chitrakoot (Satna, MR).
