The finite-temperature HFB cranking equation is solved for Os-188. The phase diagram in the temperature-spin plane has several phases: cool rotating triaxial shapes, warm oblate shapes rotating about a nonsymmetry axis, and hot prolate shapes rotating about a symmetry axis. At higher temperatures there should be oblate shapes rotating about a symmetry axis. Shape fluctuations do not wash out the hot prolate noncollective phase. [References: 22]
