The paper, based on foreign study of supply chain, extends the concept of supply chain and puts forward the new concept of five-chain-integration supply chain's system and structure that is suitable to the situation of our country. In addition, the paper discusses the model of supply chain management and its structure characteristics under electronic commerce.
