摘要

Inactivation of Enterobacter sakazakii,Bacillus cereus,and Salmonella typhimurium were evaluated in powdered weaning food using electron-beam irradiation.E sakazakii,B.cereus,and S.typhimurium were eliminated by irradiation at 16,8,and 8 kGy,respectively.The D_(10)-vlaues of E sakazakii,B.cereus,and S.typhimurium inoculated on powdered weaning food were 4.83,1.22,and 0.98 kGy,respectively.The results suggest that electron-beam irradiation should inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria on baby food without impairing qualities.
