V.C.Viswanathan had been a thought leader and social thinker, who gave generously his time and expertise to worthy causes, but never sought personal gains. People who knew him- from corporate honchos to the shop-floor worker, political leaders to care givers - recall with gratitude and admiration the contributions he had made to the tyre industry, management training and social change.
