An analysis of magnetism of nanochemical systems opens up new ways to creating ferromagnetsfrom diamagnetic substances and new principles for constructing molecular ferromagnets, hybrid magneticmaterials, and monomolecular magnets on the basis of high-spin molecules and complexes. Their use in spincomputing is considered.
