The heat effects of solution of crystalline D,L-α-alanyl-D,L-asparagine in water and solutions of potassium hydroxide at 298.15 K were determined by direct calorimetry. The standard enthalpies of formation of D,L-α-alanyl-D,L-asparagine and the products of its dissociation in aqueous solution were calculated.
