摘要

They say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. And for many onion growers touring the Treasure Valley of Idaho and eastern Oregon during the National Onion Association (NOA) Summer Convention, it seemed the onions were bigger onthe other side of the proverbial fence, as well.As Rich Myers with John F. Stam-baugh and Co., in Plymouth, Ohio, light-heartedly reported, "Our onions [in Ohio] have been looking fantastic. On a scale of one to 10, I'd say they're an eight. You gentlemen out here are probably about a 12."
