The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) recently praised the U.S.Congress for passing the US5,383 billion Energy and Water Development appropriations bill for fiscal year 2006 and urged President George W.Bush to sign the legislation.The bill provides funding for the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) Civil Works program.
