摘要

The Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 is a single, internationally accredited and recognized superior food safety standard based on International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 22000, PubUcly Available Specification (PAS) 220, andother requirements, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), together with a comprehensive management system. It has also been recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The FSSC 22000 is envisaged to cover all the processes in the food chain that are directly or indirectly related with the end product being consumed. It aims to bring all the stakeholders along the food chain under a single food safety management lunbrella, making it easier to train, implement and audit the management of food safety at every level of the food chain.
