摘要

Translation from single to multiple nano systems to suit varied applications is a promising field of nanotechnology.~([1]) Hybrid nanosystems are the outcome of recent efforts to incorporate multiple functions into a single unit. If more than one type of nanostructure can be incorporated in a system, they have great potential to achieve multiple functions. These nanosystems which can be used as carriers for diagnostic and therapeutic agents usually exhibit the properties of all the parental systems. These materials are of great interest in biomedical applications due to their potential use in multiple parallel applications.~([2]) Bi-functional nanomaterials exhibiting properties useful for disease diagnosis and treatment have attracted increasing applications in the medical field. Such materials can revolutionize the medical field, especially in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
