As part of its Enforcement Activity, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Coimbatore Branch, conducted a Search and Seizure Operation on 24 July 2003 at the premises of M/s Sri Srinivasa Agencies, 13-C Kaleeswara Mill Road, Coimbatore and seized spuriously ISI marked Motors and Pumps. BIS had filed a case against the above firm for violation of BIS Act, 1986 in the Court of Judicial Majistrate II, Coimbatore.
