We present the results of analytic and numerical investigations aimed at the evaluation of the influence of the aerodynamic coupling of blades on the formation of the spectrum of natural vibrations of the rims of turbine wheels regarded as a complex mechanical system with structural rotational symmetry with regard for the frequency detuning of blades.
