To establish the prevalence of gambling among young people in Switzerland, to assess a possible association between gambling frequency and substance use, poor mental health, and social support as it has been described for problem gambling, and to determine the correlation between the number of different games in which youths are involved and gambling frequency.Overall, our results indicate that half of Swiss youths aged 15-24 years are involved in some sort of gambling and that this behavior is associated to other risk behaviors.
