On Sept. 28 (77 FR 59578), EPA issued a notice announcing the filing of the following pesticide petitions: Docket No. EPA-HQ-OPP-2012-0509: SyngentaCrop Protection, Inc., Greensboro, N.C., proposing to amend §180.654 by establishing a tolerance for residues of the fungicide isopyrazam (SYN520453) in or on apple at 0.6 ppm.
