摘要

Due to the heightened interest in the use of hydroxyapa-tite (HA) as a sorbent in experimental research and clinical practice [1, 2], it seemed advisable to study the adsorption capacity of domestic highly crystalline HA synthesized at the IGIC, RAS"[3].HA in vivo forms the mineral base of bone tissue and is constantly in contact with proteins. Several proteins associated with the HA crystal surface prevent the dissolution of HA in biological media. Proteins are adsorbed to the surface of artificial HA if it is used as an implant. It is assumed that the composition and configuration of the protein film affects the interaction of implanted material with blood [4, 5].
