High-performance liqud chromatography (HPLC) has been extensively used for the analysis of multivitamin preparations [1 - 6]. A special feature of this study was that vitamin B_2 in the analyzed composition occurred in the form of riboflavin-5'-phosphate rather than riboflavin. Moreover, according to the manufacturer's data, this vitamin fraction included not only riboflavin and various isomers of riboflavin phosphate, but diphosphates as well.
