摘要

Solving the problems of detoxication and metabolism correction by means of sorption therapy requires the development of effective adsorbents of various types. The most promising sorbents for heavy metals are pectins and alginates representing polysaccharides of uronide nature [1,2]. The molecule of pectin comprises a" chain composed of 1 -> 4 bounded residues of alpha-D-galacturonic acid and a certain amount of residues of 2-O-substituted L-rhamnopyra-nose [3]. Sodium alginate is a polysacchafide whose molecule is composed of residues of sodium salts of alpha-D-mannu-ronic and alpha-L-guluronic acids occurring in pyranose form and bound into linear chains by 1 -> 4 glycoside bonds [3].
