On July 2 (73 FR 3 7949),EPA issued a notice announcing the establishment of a registration review docket for L-lactic acid.Registration review is the agency's periodic review of pesticide registrations to ensure that each pesticide continues to satisfy the statutory standard for registration,that is,perform its intended function without unreasonable adverse s effects on human health or the environment.
