The Oregon legislature has passed a bill (HB 2999) that would extend the state's pesticide use reporting system i PURS) from Dec 31,2009 to June 30,2019. But due to the state's current economic difficulties, no money can be spent to operate or maintain the system from Oct. 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011.
