Chemical security,amending TSCA and FIFRA and pesticide use near water are among the issues Congress may face during the last few weeks of the legislative year.The House of Representatives and the Senate come back from recess Sept.5 for the last few weeks of the second session of the 109~(th)Congress,and a number of chemical bills are still active.
