Farmers and agricultural groups are accusing EPA of bowing to international pressure and unduly restricting use of the pesticide methyl bromide.The limits imposed by EPA are driving some tomato producers out of business,said the industry groups,some of which also voiced their objections at a Sept.11 hearing on the agency's recent proposal to further reduce the amount of allowable methyl bromide use in 2008.
