In the July 9 Federal Register (73 FR 39289), EPA issued a notice announcing the filing of the following pesticide petitions: Docket No. EPA-HQ-OPP-2008-0275: Bayer CropScience, Research Triangle Park, N.C., proposing to amend § 180.580 by establishing tolerances for residues of the herbicide iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium, methyl 4-iodo-2-[3-(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-ureidosulfonyl]benzoate, sodium salt, in or on: wheat, grain at 0.02 ppm; wheat, forage at 0.06 pm; wheat, straw at 0.05 ppm and wheat, hay at 0.05 ppm.
