The World Trade Organization's final ruling in the dispute between the United States and the European Union over biotech regulation,issued Sept.29,is largely seen as a U.S.victory,but the question remains what happens next.Both sides put their best face on the decision,which found in favor of the 2003 complaint by the U.S.,Canada and Argentina against an ad hoc moratorium on EU biotech approvals.
