Although its performance has improved, EPA is still making errors in tracking its pesticide reregistration actions, a report issued last week by the agency's Office of Inspector General finds.OIG noted the continuing deficiency as part of its review of EPA's Fiscal Year 2008 and 2007 financial statements for the Pesticide Reregistration and Expedited Processing Fund, which includes user fees collected from registrants to help EPA conduct reregistration actions.
