Saudi Basic Industries Corp.(Sabic)-Boy Litjens has been appointed chief executive and chairman of the managing board of Sabic Europe,effective 9 Sept.2006.He will succeed Frans Noteborn,who is retiring.Abdullah Bazid has been appointed chief operating officer and managing director of chemicals and intermediates,to replace Litjens.
