Dubai-Titan Chemicals has set up a new subsidiary in Dubai for its Middle East business development activities. "With the investments poured into the petrochemicals sector in the Gulf states during the last few years, the new wave of Middle Eastern capacity is now moving into start-up and operational phases in near term," noted Titan Managing Director Warren Wilder.
