Dow Chemical- Pat Dawson, currently president of Dow Polyurethanes, will assume the role of president for Asia Pacific, including India and Pakistan, on 1 Jan. Peter Sykes has been appointed to the newly created role of president, Dow Greater China, effective 1 Jan. He is presently president of Dow's global automotive systems business and president for Dow Japan and Korea.
