PTT Chemical-Veerasak Kositpaisal has become the company's new president and chief executive. He succeeds Aditheb Bhisalbutr, who has retired. Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical- Salim Shahin has been named president and chief executive of this recently formed joint venture to build a 400,000-b/d full conversion refinery and petrochemical complex in Jubail, Saudi Arabia (PCN, 30 June 08, p 1).
