Houston— Enterprise Products Partners has started commercial operations at a fifth natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionator in Mont Belvieu, Texas (PCN, 4 July 2011, p 3). The fractionator, which is producing in excess of its 75,000-b/d nameplate capacity, increases Enterprise's total capacity at the Mont Belvieu complex to 380,000 b/d.
