Lehigh Valley-Air Products said it plans to build a world-scale hydrogen plant to serve ExxonMobil's refinery in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, as part of a new long-term supply contract with ExxonMobil.The new "state-of-the-art" hydrogen production unit will be connected to Air Product's Eotterdam hydrogen pipeline network and will supply ExxonMobil and other customers in the region. The facility is expected to come on stream in the second half of 2011.
