Moscow-Si-bur Holding has completed the acquisition of the remainder of Novatek's polymer business (PCN, 13 Sept 2010, p 2). In early September, Novatek transferred a 32% share in the authorized capital of Novatek-Polymer to Sibur. The remaining 68% was transferred after receiving approval for the transaction from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, Sibur said.
